AMURTHA BHARATHI FOUNDATION believes in helping its Donors as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• There is no refund policy for donation is paid.
• Accepting the cancellation policy for donation is made more than Rs 10,000/-
• Cancellations may be considered only if the request is made immediately with valid reason and final approval of foundation.
• If there is no communication from foundation regarding cancellation, is treated as there is no refund of donations.
• Foundation is final decision to approve for the refund donation.
• Donation received cannot be transfer to another Foundation/Trust/NGO or any organisations.
• However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the Donation have been communicated to the

Foundation and they have initiated.

• In case of any Refunds approved by the AMURTHA BHARATHI FOUNDATION, it will take 9- 25 working Days for the refund to be processed to the Donor.
